Schedule of NTS Test For the Recuritment of Educators Posts in Punjab 2013 - 2014

National Testing Service (NTS) which is responsible for the conduction of recuritment test of educators has announced the date for Educators / Teachers Recuritment Test for the different teaching posts in the Education Department of Punjab. NTS has posted the admitt cards to the elligible candidates. The further instructs regarding test are available at www.nts.org.pk and www.pesrp.edu.pk and result will also be available on these website on 10-Jan-2014. If a candidate did not recieve the admitt card he/she can use the web printed page for entry into test centre. If a candidate has not found his/her name in the list the he/she can contact NTS help line .

Recuritment of Educators in Punjab Postpond New Schedule Issued

The government of Punjab who earlier presented a time frame for the recuritment once again postponed the educators recuritment in Punjab. There was a schedule of educators recuirtment in Punjab and it was announced that recuritment advertisement will be announced on the newspapers of 07-sep-2013 today, but it has be cancelled / postponed and and new schedule will be issued in Novement, So a good number of people who were looking for the educators jobs will have to suffer for more time.

RECURITMENT POLICY 2013 FOR SCIENCE AND ARTS EDUCATORS JOBS IN PUNJAB

The Government of the Punjab has finally decided to recurit the arts teachers / educators in year 2013. Like the previous induction process this time criteria of selection is more difficult. The induction of educators in Govt. of the Punjab Education Departments started in the year of 2000. Whe Gen(R) Pervaiz Musharaf the President of the Pakistan at that time applied the contract appointment policy and these recurited teachers who were on contract were named as educators. During his ten year government the scales of the educators were revised and upgraded. The policy of contractual appointment remained valid till the year 2009 when the present Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharief who was near to the end of his government decided to regularized these teachers, but giving no benefit like pay protection counting of service towards graduatiy etc. The purpose of announcement to regulariz the teachers and contract employees in Punjab was to get the benefit in the coming election (this is my personal view you may not agree with me).

Let's have a complete review of the recuritment policy 2013 for arts and science educators induction 2013. The policy was made focusing the following points.

Recuritment Policy 2013 Based on the Points

1. Inducting best suitable candiates on merit.
2. To induct the educators for the subject who are most urgrently required.
3. Science / math educators is compulsory for the primary and elementary 
schools.
4. Induction of urdu / arts educators for elementary and secondary schools.
5. Induction of subject specialize educators at elementary level too.

The above points are very true and valid keeping in view the condition of educational institutions in Punjab / Pakistan. But the beside this where it was aimed to recurit arts teachers / educators in punjab for the induction 2013 program, it was also added that the arts teachers in education department of the punjab are already in excess as compare to science educators.

Terms and conditions of the recuritment Policy of educators in Punjab 2013

Age Limit
For Male
20-35 (including 5 general age relaxation)
For Female
20-38 (including 8 general age relaxation for women)
Special Quota
2% of the total advertised educators posts are reserved for the disabled.
5% of the total advertised educators posts are reserved for the minorities.

Entry Test

The test will be conducted by the NTS (National Testing Service) and obtaining 50% marks in this test are necessary and candidates who get lower marks will be out of the induction process. Keeping in view the test result the merit list will be prepared as under:-
