Change of eligibility criteria for the recruitment of educators / teachers in Education department Govt. of the Punjab

A decision has been taken after hearing a lot of complaint against the eligibility criteria for the recruitment / selection  / appointment of educators / teachers. It was announced earlier in advertisement that only the candidates with specific combination of science subjects can apply against the specific seats, but now it has been decided that the candidate who has completed BS / BA (honors / hons) in any one science subjects i.e Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology etc can apply for the recruitement of educators. Furthermore, it has been decided by the competent authority of the education department Govt. of Punjab that candidates who has passed their two years B.Sc in any one of the science subjects can also apply for the recruitement as educators / teachers.
