NOC Form for Migration Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Multan

The NOC usually required when you wish to get admission in program other then your parental institue. If you wish to migrate from BZU Multan to some other university then you will have to file up an application on properly filled form which is available below deposit the fee in bank and forward form to the university for getting NOC for migration. Just take out the print of form given below.
