No SOAdmn)RR&SD/2.49/2020; In pursuance of order of the h'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in SMC No. 1/2020-S.JC ISuo Moto Case No.1 of 2020 (Suo Moto Action Regarding Combating The andemic of Corona Virus CoVID-19)] dated 18 May. 2020, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is pleased to order that as a special dispensation for Eid-U-Fitr, this Department Notifications  regarding opening of retail shops for 4 days in a week shall stand modified to the extent of opening of such shops on Friday (22nd May. 2020), Saturday (23" May. 2020) and Sunday (24" May. 2020).

2 The SOPs and conditions regarding timings and others shall remain the sarme.

3 Furthermore, Take-aways and Home deliveries from bakeries shall also stand

allowed beyond the limit of 5:00 pm in the day.
