The Punjab Mohtasib took notice of the Lecturers who were recently selected for this post and were previously working as regular school teachers. The problem was the counting of previous service, regular / contract and pay and allowance for these lecturers the department regularized them but did not granted pay fixation. But in reply to some application of teachers Punjab Mohtasib ordered Education Department to provide Pay Protection / Pay fixation to these employees.
